It appears that we are experiencing some packet-loss in Los Angeles on our Anycast IP. We are working with our backbone provider on resolving this issue. Meanwhile, the traffic is diverted from Los Angeles to San Francisco or Seattle, depending on your location. Customers should not experience any down time.

Over the next few days we will be conducting maintenance on our servers network wide. This maintenance will not impact our ability to deliver content. Customers may see an increase to load on their origin servers as this maintenance will require the edge servers to re-cache customer content.

UPDATE:
We have isolated the problem to our Uplink provider. We have contacted our provider and they are working to resolve the issue. This is not affecting the CDN’s ability to server customer content. This issue is isolated to the Control Panel and API which is causing intermittent outages with provisioning, purging, and API/CP related functions. Thank you for your patience as we work with our provider to resolve the issue.
